Excellent! He is very professional, but no small talk. All business. I am very glad I contracted him to represent me. Outcome was what he told me it would be.
Andrew Weaver provided sound advice and effective representation before the Greenville Emporia District Court, which resulted in a substantial reduction in the severity of a speeding citation received on I-95. He asked sensible questions, made no rash promises, and charged a reasonable fee with no surprises. At the end of the day, his representation spared our family from insurance costs far in excess of the cost of his service. Could not be more appreciative of his help. Highly recommended.
Andrew Weaver represented me very effectively before the Greensville Emporia District court, resulting in a dramatic reduction in the severity of a speeding citation I received on I-95, for which Virginia imposes unusually severe penalties. We communicated only by telephone and email. He asked good questions, gave sensible advice, and is smart and well spoken. Although he made no rash promises in advance, he obtained the best possible outcome, based on my clean driving record. Highly recommended
Working with Andrew Weaver was a pleasure! He was very responsive and effective, and I would recommend his services to anyone seeking an attorney in his area! He took the time to answer all of my questions, handle all of my leg-work, and assure me that "worrying about the case was now his problem, not mine"! Thank you again for everything!!!

I retained Mr. Weaver to represent me for a reckless driving ticket in Emporia. I was driving 81 in a 70, and Emporia is a known speed trap. Though Mr. Weaver seemed somewhat aloof and hurried on the phone, immediately after getting out of court, he sent me an e-mail notifying me that my reckless driving charge had been reduced to a non-moving violation. Definitely worth the money so that I wouldn't get points on my record. Note: my driving record isn't the best, but he managed to get it reduced
