Tom actually was hired by our insurance company to represent themselves, my daughter and I in a personal injury case against us. Tom kept us informed every step of the way. He took time to explain things to us in ways that we could understand. He returned all telephone calls promptly. He sent update emails, just keeping us informed. He even met with us on an occasion on Sundays. We couldn't have asked for anyone better to represent us!
