Tom was personable, friendly, organized, intelligent, and well prepared for this case. His cross examination of witnesses whether in the courtroom or via video deposition was spectacular and a joy to watch. Tom may have single handedly changed my preconceived notions about lawyers.

Tom was an excellent communicator as well as a timely communicator. He was cognizant of travel issues for deposition and this was much appreciated. I felt that he was actually being an advocate and not just a rubber stamp for the insurance company and therefore, was doing his job!

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
