Hired Attorney Tamara Renner

Tamara, is very professional, but also very personable. I felt she really understood my situation and spoke with me with respect and concern. I never felt like I was only another case to her.She was very exact in what we would accomplish,and carried thru with what she said she would accomplish for me. She has an excellent staff that has always been so helpful before, during and after my case was handled.

Feel as though she led us in the wrong direction. Example told us to go ahead and have $7,000 dental work done and it would be included in our bankruptcy and it certainly was not. We can barely live on what she told us to agree to as far as payment. Once paid she really never communicated with us. If we had known how she handled things we certainly would never have used her.

Had Mr Banik as a lawyer on petty case for 2yrs. All he did was not appear for court. Failed to communicate by phone email or snail mail. I’m extremely disappointed as I now have a warrant due to his negligence. I would never recommend this shyster to anyone. Save you money for a real atto

DO NOT TRUST THIS LAME LAWYER! He scrapes by only doing the bare minimum, never communicates , and won't care about you or about the truth! All he cares about is money.

I only saw my actual lawyer for my hearing, which I was assured she had great confidence in us winning. We lost. Not my reason for the review, however after the loss is. I get a phone call telling me there's no need to appeal my disability case, she doesn't think it's necessary. Then asked if I can work. Why would I apply for disability and seek a lawyer if I could work?! It seemed as if she was unwilling to try. Very disappointing
