I've used Melissa on 6 different transactions. She is very efficient and detail oriented. I would recommend her to first time home buyers and to seasoned commercial property buyers.
The amount of corrections we had to make on our paperwork was unacceptable. Even when we supplied information, addresses & names, it was typed in with entirely different information. Poor attention to detail that added time to our deadline, which added expense to our USPS overnight costs(which should have been unnecessary).
I recently worked with Melissa D'Ellena as a seller of a property, and it was an absolute nightmare. The communication was atrocious, with countless errors on the closing documents. The reconciliation of the HUD and disbursements of funds was completely botched. We closed four weeks ago, and I am still without my funds. The first check was sent a week after closing via SNAIL MAIL and had the wrong name on it. The second check, which I received in the third week after closing, BOUNCED. This office is utterly incompetent. Avoid them at all costs. RUN FOR THE HILLS.
