They where very helpful. They worked with me on my payment with my traffic violation. They where very prompt on returning my phone calls. I was overall very satisfied with my service at this firm.
Mr. Frey said he would represent me for a disability claim. He claims to be of Fayetteville, NC (21mi) but at the last minute I had to drive to Dunn, NC (another 30+ mi) to meet him for a phone trial, at which point he informed me that he no longer does SS Disability. He posed only one question during the hearing, (which I lost!) which was a B.S. question. He could / should do better?!? Beware!!

I met with Mr. Frey about my workers compensation claim. I eventually had to hire a different attorney after Parker and Frey submitted the wrong paperwork for my case. I tried to contact Mr. Frey to have this resolved and he was unavailable and his staff was unprofessional. No one at the company knows what anyone else is working on. They make many mistakes and will not value your time.{para}They were easy to contact when I needed a lawyer. But after hiring them they were impossible to contact.
