Atty. Hayes was very cold & distant from the very beginning of my case. He got worst over time until he completely stopped responding to my inquiries regarding my case status, so much that I had to hire another attorney to resolve my case. He continued my case for over 1 year without any explanation! Just took my money and did nothing… Run don’t walk!!
This law firm never responded to my inquiry. I never received a call or email. I purchased a food product and it caused damages to my teeth. I called them once to follow up on my inquiry but was not able to reach anyone.
Called this lawyer back, Turner fellow, asked him if he wanted to listen to our story, it would take 5 mins or so, see if he wanted to tackle our case, he agreed to listen then 3 4 mins into the story he interrupted myself from talking and blurted out is their a question any where??? and i asked him pard me, and he again stated to me do i have a question for him???I said to him i thought you wanted and agreed to listen, so because of his terrible demeanor, i will never call this firm again.
