I strongly recommend Michael Fluke to anyone in need of council for civil/criminal proceedings. I found myself being falsely accused of Domestic Violence in Pinellas County and cannot express how thankful I am for finding this attorney. Michael gave me a free consult and took the time to understand my issues and concerns. Michael gave me outstanding council and prepared me for what to expect in court. Mike never got my hopes up & was always realistic as to what I should expect during each step. He kept me level-headed & grounded about the entire process. Michael Fluke is an superior attorney; really knows his stuff and works hard on whatever he does. Also clearly explains what's going on in the case. Michael is just amazing. He is so dedicated to his clients and career that he always strives for perfection. Michael truly cares about his clients and will always talk to you, even if it is just to make you feel better about what you are going through. He fully educates his clients about what is going on in their cases.

I found Michael extremely knowledgeable in Florida divorce law with the ability to find those small but significant arguments to support a tough case, but what impressed me most was his commitment and dedication to his clients. I felt my best interests were always his number one priority. He was straightforward with me on the risks of moving forward through each phase of my case, and weighing the risk/reward of each situation I felt he gave me the right legal advice at the right times.

Throughout this very stressful time, Michael kept me informed and educated on every step in the process. I always felt like I was in control of my case.
