The Law Firm of McFarland, Gould, Lyons, Sullivan & Hogan, P.A., established its community foundation through the efforts of the late Lloyd M. Phillips in 1946. Over the years, the desire to serve the public has prompted several attorneys in our Firm to serve our community as judges, thereby continuing the proud legacy of this Law Firm. Although the Firm has witnessed many changes in the legal profession, it has continued to adapt to the new and growing demands which have been placed on the legal system in recent years, without sacrificing the traditional, fundamental principles upon which the Firm was established. Our Firm has consistently provided our clients with a full range of legal services.

These people clearly don't care for the health and sanity of their own employees, forcing them to show up to office in person despite there being MULTIPLE CONFIRMED CASES OF COVID-19 among their lawyers. If you would like to expose yourself to the coronavirus and put the lives of those around you at severe risk and continue the skyrocketing rates of infections and deaths in the beautiful sunny state of Florida, then by all means come here!

Hired Attorney Ms. Christie Leigh Sullivan

Useless, no follow through. Took my money and ran like the one I was trying to sue. Provided the requested info for the case then wanted more and more, never heard from them again. No return call.

Hired Attorney Gary W. Lyons

Gary Lyons acted irresponsibly on the basis of misinformation he acquired from an elderly man suffering from dementia and Alzheimer's. He treated other family members with total disrespect and disregard for the facts. He initiated no investigation into the truth and took money from a man incapable of making sound decisions.
