ALWAYS read the negative reviews before hiring an attorney. Hiring Mr Morrison has been one off the worst mistakes I have ever made. He knew my case wasn’t going to be the typical fill-out-forms-file-bankruptcy-and-be-done kind of case. I made it very clear that I needed a smart, knowledgeable, competent lawyer to go to bat for me and his arrogance accepted the challenge to end up screwing me. He knew how important this was. He knew this was my last chance to fight for justice and he has simply disappeared with the money I paid him upfront, of course. I have tried everything and nothing. A friend of mine who is also a lawyer told me that I need to file a complaint to save my case. I don’t want to but Mr Morrison has given me no choice. Do not hire this joker, unless you want to end up like me- depressed, broke and about to be homeless. He is not only a bad lawyer but he is also a bad person, which is worst.

WHERE ARE THEY?????? WE THOUGHT WE WERE DONE AFTER SEVERAL, I MEAN SEVERAL DIFFERENT ATT. HANDLED OUR CASE. NOW THEIR NOT IN BZ.? WHY ? WE HAVE A NEW LEGAL TEAM WHO TOOK OVER THEIR MESS....LEIGH & LARUE ? NOT TO MUCH INFO BEING HANDED OUT OR HELPFIL...10 MOS. WE'VE WAITED FOR "ASSUME DEB"T. PAPERS TO OUR MORTGAGE CO. STILL 000 RESPONSE.

I gave this company 1300.00 and I can't reach anyone.

They took my 1800.00 will not return any calls, now the local offices answer say thank you for calling and Good buy. can't leave a message.{para} called teh 800 number on the phone for over 45 min, no one is answering , same recording over and over.

This company is a rip off. Never fixed trustee issues we were having and never followed up with trustee. When we complained we were told to pay more money to have problems fixed, just pay the court what we owed without documentation from the courts. So how do we know if this will not haunt us later. Their excuse was they were too busy and trustee was too slow. This is our fault??? Never again would I do business with this company or any lawyers who work for this firm.

It was nearly impossible to talk with a lawyer if questions arose; at appointments the lawyers were extremely rushed and did not seem knowledgeable. They also did not seem to care if they gave the best information.

Never actually got to meet with a lawyer from this firm although I requested many meetings.

We were paying them in installments of $75 every two weeks, paid automatically from our bank account. We discovered that they had removed an unauthorized payment of more than $800 from our account, and although we fired them immediately, it took us over a month and several letters faxed from someone at the bank to get that money back.

Have paid for a chapeter 13 filing, filled out all paperwork and the local office in Atlanta has still not filed our claim. This has been going on for over a year. When we asked for our money back they responded that they would file immediately. Still nothing has been done.
