They were professional and provided me with the answers I needed.
Very good company, a little slow about replying when needed.
I greatly appreciate that the teams stuck with me through the years to see my case through and get my decision approved. It would have been nice to have better communication on a more frequent bases and when i would call i would not get called back sometimes. But overall Ashley once she got my case she was amazing and Mr Berry himself did my hearing and this was wonderful. Thank you all.
The process is confusing they have several lawyers that deal with your case at different parts of the process. They were rude and uncaring (with an exception to Counselor Lee. I would have preferred to deal with 1 person the whole process. The Case Manager Nikki contradicted what court attorney said who was just uncaring and rude.
Although I use them for my bankruptcy. Since my case was confirmed I have had little to no contact with them since then. I guess that's a good thing seeing as I don't really know how much interaction one is suppose to have during the bankruptcy. They made the transition smooth and less stressful. The case manager I have is fine, as for the times I really wanted to ask a question. Sometimes I found the answer doing an internet search though.
Expected more communications as to my responsibilities.
I have been in chapter 13 for almost 5 years, I never missed a payment. I have actually overpaid at this time. No one told me that one of the offices closed, I never received any communications about that, I've been through two case managers, as of now I have no case manager, and no one has followed up with concerns about my bankruptcy case. I left a message on the voicemail, no one called back. I filed in 2017. For 4 months, I tried to take the bankruptcy exit course, no one followed up on that. In the meantime I keep paying and paying and paying every month.
They were very slow, did not answer my questions concisely.
