The court hearing set for February is probably simply an Initial Appearance. While you should get the results of the blood test within a few weeks, if the case is in its early stages it probably will not much matter. You really should consult a lawyer.

You need to have an attorney attempt to negotiate a resolution of your case which will avoid any additional jail time. There are statutory minimums for various DUI offenses. An experienced attorney may be able to negotiate a "release on time served" which will avoid having to return to jail to complete serving the statutory minimums.
