Can a DUI be dismissed if the cop tells you to drive the car over a few feet?

Answered by attorney Kenneth Matthew Christopher
DUI/DWI lawyer at Christopher & McQuillan, LLP
No. This would not be a reason for dismissal. It was likely done for the safety of you and the officer.

What is she looking at if she was arrested for a DUI about a year and half ago and arrested again last night for her second DUI?

It depends on what happened in the first DWI. If she was placed on probation, she could have her probation revoked. If she gets probation for the second one, she may have to pay a large fine or do some jail time on any companion tickets.

How can I resolve my DUI and get back the attorney fees I paid?

DUI/DWI lawyer at Law Office of Edward J. Blum
Its 2 different issues. First, you need to hire a new lawyer to get your case dismissed or win at trial. There is no way a jury would convict you. The D in DUI stands for driving and they must prove it. Second, you need to sue the shyster who left you hanging for return of fees and you need to report him to the California State Bar.
