Hired Attorney Gerald Giusti

If you have money, run like hell. This man has no morals nor ethics at all. He will "bleed" you to the end. Perhaps went to school with Bernard Madoff. If justice were done, he would be in a jail cell for a long time. Don't know how he slid by without being prosecuted for malpractice. Stole $12K to do a $2K job. Not a honest man at all!! Once he finds out you have property, you are dead in the water. He will work with another corrupt attorney and together, they play the judge and get their way.

Hired Attorney Gerald Giusti

Gerald is as crooked as a snake! Like other responses said, he belongs in the penitentiary like “big time.” No morals nor ethics at all. Walk in his office, you are automatically considered a convicted felon at the third degree! Ed Nichals was a judge he fooled for years. No values at all for any family at all. His own son David disowned him years ago! His wife, also walked out on him! One ruthless, selfish individual! Yes, he and Harold Alphonse belong in the same prison! Harry passed in 2018 so perhaps saved a place for Gerald down the road. Stay away from this ANIMAL at all cost!!! “You will be sorry” trust me. No good.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.

• Notable: This rating indicates that the lawyer has been recognized by a large number of their peers for strong ethical standards.

Lawyers who have received peer reviews after 2009 will display more detailed information, including practice areas, summary ratings, detailed numeric ratings and written feedback (if available). Details for individual reviews received before 2009 are not displayed.
