You have two choices, since you have a million things going on a million questions, and no time to write it out in an intelligent manner. Consult with the right attorney, or visit Department of Driver's Services (DDS) in GA and have them tell you what you need to do.

If your sentence is a twelve (12) month sentence, then you may very well have a problem with immigration. Traditionally, attorneys have fought to obtain a sentence for their clients which indicates that the total sentence is less than 12 months (typically 11 months 29 days) to avoid having problems with immigration. I am assuming that you have an attorney. If not, you need to retain legal representation immediately.

They would need more evidence than just your admission. They would need some evidence of your blood alcohol content or your BAC level in order to successfully prosecute.
