About Mr. Thomas Scott Barton

Most of my practice focuses on the defense of drinking drivers. Many folks think there are no good defenses to a dui charge. They could not be more wrong. Enforcement has gotten tougher over the years and more and more people with very little alcohol in their system are getting charged with DUI. The worst thing anyone charged with DUI can do is to just walk into a courtroom and plead guilty. I practice in the South Metro Atlanta area (Downtown Atlanta, Henry, Fayette, Rockdale, and surrounding counties and cities) but there are qualified DUI Defense attorneys around the State that regularly win these cases. Don't go to Court alone!
