I woudl not expecty this to be a problem, as I have not seen courts get upset if the fingerprint order is comp-lied with a few days late.

The fact your last name is now different, it will not have any impact on the case. It makes sense to consult a lawyer to get an idea of what your options are, and how the case is likely to go.  If your license was taken from you, and you were given a "Notice of Revocation", you need to request a DMV hearing on the revocation of your license within 7 days of getting this notice.

To begin with, if you were on probation for your DUI, you will have a probation violation which could subject you to a jail sentence. In addition, the driving with a suspended license charge, can also subject you to a jail sentence. I suggest that you contact an experienced criminal defense attorney for a face-to-face consultation and give him/her all of the facts surrounding your arrest. He/she would then be in a better position to analyze your case and advise you of your options.
