You must complete the alcohol class. While it is always a term of probation, DMV will never lift the suspension on your CDL unless you complete the class. Your CDL will then stay suspended indefinitely.

Can I still go to jail even if I pay my court fines?

You could go to jail, but you should not. Contact a third party, preferably a lawyer, who can address the warrant issues with a prosecutor and hopefully get the warrant withdrawn.
