Probably not. It may be that you are asking about the laws and procedures of another State, but in Wisconsin history is history, and there is not to my knowledge expungement of drunk driving convictions. It always helps to consult another lawyer. Not all the wisdom lies in one mind alone.

I would recommend pleading not guilty until an attorney can at least review the police report. Just having the odor of alcohol does not mean you are DUI. What court are you supposed to appear in?
