Your best bet is to consult the lawyer who represented you on the DUI. Failing that, check with the clerk of court in the county where you were convicted about making a new referral. Good Luck. (O by the way, drink if you wish, but don't drive afterwards. It's not worth the trouble ad expense.)

You may have grounds to fight the initial stop, and suppress the breath test results. You probably are going to need a lawyer to try and negotiate a plea deal to reckless driving.

I was out on a split sentence ..I had about six months left to do ..I was arrested and booked for a dui and violated ..da refiled again warrant ??
