Is there any way that I can fight my DUI?

Hudson Thomas Bair
Answered by attorney Hudson Thomas Bair (Unclaimed Profile)
DUI/DWI lawyer at Kapsack & Bair, LLP
Yes, you can fight your DUI, you should take advantage of a free consultation with a DUI attorney in your area. Under the facts you have provided your case may be more serious than you think, it sounds like you didn't provide a chemical test, your license could be suspended for a year if the DMV deems this a refusal. The fact that you were parked, and the police didn't observe you driving, provides a solid defense under the right circumstances.

Do I have to check yes for misdemeanor if I had an OWVI?

Answered by attorney Gerald R Lykins (Unclaimed Profile)
DUI/DWI lawyer at Lykins Law, PLC
Any OWI or OWVI conviction is considered a misdemeanor. As such, if you run a Criminal History Background check the conviction should show and your failure to disclose would be a reason for termination.

What can an attorney do for my DUI case?

Answered by attorney Stephen Lewis Freeborn (Unclaimed Profile)
DUI/DWI lawyer at Freeborn Law Offices P.S.
More than you can. Without knowing the facts of your case, I cannot begin to provide a more detailed answer. My advice, meet with an attorney to discuss your case. If you like the attorney, hire that person to help you. Do not try an represent yourself.
