Hired Attorney Mr. Thomas Scott Smith Jr.

Sounds like he knew my stepmother and his buddy lawyer. Charged us $75 to tell us it was too much effort to take our cAse where estate fraud was so apparent. Drove two hours and paid $75 to listen to this guy tell us there's nothing he can do. He didn't do anything he was telling us we may can do himself. Just a joke and sounds like Mitch McNabbs friend. Never use this guy again. His lawyer friends means more than what your going through on your case. 0 stars for this poor excuse.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
