Our company owns a trademark we use worldwide. A company that we like and work with used the letters of our trademark to launch a new service. This created a very sensitive scenario. We had to protect our trademark and could not ignore their use of it, but did not want to create a hostile conflict with them. PraDa Law drafted an effective and tactful Cease and Desist order for us that resolved the issue beautifully. We received an apology from the company and they removed the listings that violated our trademark. Many thanks PraDa Law!

Hired Law Firm

I chose this firm due to the ratings. Unfortunately I experienced a lack of professionalism and my case is still pending. They have high turnover with the paralegals, which is who you normally speak with so communication is weak. After spending thousands we barely got to mediation. Very disappointing.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
