Working with Jody was just liking with an ordinary friend of mine. He is very friendly, and down to earth. He doesn't come across as overbearing, and that is a quality that I like. Although, he is very effective at what he does! We ended up mediating and finalizing my custody case about 2 weeks before our trial date. (Very much in my favor might I add) But, I was more than confident in his angle and approach should we have ended up at trial. I highly recommend this man!
Working with Mr. Mitchell on my child custody case proved to a rewarding experience. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable, he is also very caring. He even invited my 16 year old daughter to come back to his office anytime if she ever just needed someone to talk to.
