How do I report financial dispute when the military isn't allowing me too?

If you are married and have a Dependent ID card you are eligible for legal assistance from the nearest military base. If the commander is blocking communication or declines to communicate at all you need to make a complaint to your member of Congress. She is receiving a housing allowance based on being married. She has a duty to provide support to you as her spouse. If she claims the commander issued an order of non-support put that into your congressional complaint. That is an illegal order.

Is my husband entitled to any money I make from selling my house?

Robert Joseph Merlin
Answered by attorney Robert Joseph Merlin (Unclaimed Profile)
Divorce lawyer at Robert J. Merlin, P.A.
His only potential interest in the house, which is your non-marital asset, is to the extent that the value of the house has increased as a result of marital funds or efforts being put into it. You may be able to sell it without giving him any money, but he will probably have to sign the deed transferring title to your buyers. If he refuses to do that voluntarily, you will need to get a court order requiring him to do so.

Is it possible for wife to pay more considering she has a little more time with our children then I do?

Richard Zasada

It is possible with the new guidelines that the person who has the children for more overnights can be shown to pay. If that actually happens is up to the court.
