What was agreed to in the divorce? You didn't say. If there was no disposition of that issue, it usually cannot be revisited.

Without having made any changes to title adding his name to the deed your house would generally continue to be a non-marital asset. However, if you used marital funds, such as income earned from work during the marriage, to pay the mortgage, upkeep and improvements to your house, then your house may have acquired a marital component that is subject to equitable distribution by the court in the event of a divorce. You probably wouldn't lose your house, but you may have to pay half the increase in fair market value or half the pay-down of the mortgage/build-up of equity from the date of the marriage to the date of filing for divorce. This can get complicated, so you should consult with an attorney to discuss the specifics of your situation and your options.

Your questions are far too many and far too complex for this forum. You need to set up a consultation with an attorney. Many attorneys offer free initial telephone consultations. Contact a lawyer who practices in the area where you were originally divorced.
