Check driver's license records. Etc. If you do not locate her, the clerk will give you a Notice of Action which you can publish in the paper. After it is published for a month (4X's - once each week), the Court can grant you the divorce.

You don't say how long you've been in NY, or how long you live in FL as a married couple. It sounds like you may have to file for divorce in NY, where you live, as it is the state where you reside, assuming that you meet the residency requirements in NY. To locate your husband, you can start by contacting known friends and relatives of his, you can do an internet and website search, check social media, or you can hire an investigator to do a skip trace. If the two of you have minor children or own property together, it will be more complicated.
