How do I get a divorce if I have been married for three years but we have been separated almost two years?

One way would be to hire an attorney and seek a divorce on the grounds of adultery, long term separation, or irreconcialable differences. If there are no child-related issues or property to be divided then I can usually obtain a divorce for a client quickly and at a reasonable fee.

If my wife decides to hire a lawyer for the divorce, do I have to pay for it or is she responsible for her lawyer's fees?

Depends. An attorney fee award is based on need of asking party and ability of the other party to pay.

If your husband walks out on you and your two kids, are you allowed to be involved with someone and are they allowed staying over?

You should be filing for divorce, and discuss the matters raised with an attorney. Getting "involved" generally will cause additional personal and emotional, if not legal, issues.
