Does my marriage license have to mention previous marriage?

Check with your County registrars office. You will have to disclose it but I'm unsure whether its on the license itself. Life has a way of catching up with us.

What is a mediation conference report?

default-avatar
Answered by attorney Charles D. Scott (Unclaimed Profile)
Divorce lawyer at The Law Offices of Charles D. Scott PLLC
The mediation conference report dated 10/16 is most likely a report from the mediator stating that the parties canceled the mediation. This does not mean that the divorce was canceled, only that the mediation was canceled. There can be numerous reasons why mediation was canceled such as unavailability of one party or lawyer or the mediator.  Most likely another mediation will be scheduled, or possibly they reached an agreement between themselves and wont need to go to mediation.

In Idaho, you do not have to be separated from your spouse to file for divorce. I don't know about other states.
