These properties are marital since they were acquired during the marriage and placed in your husbands name. I am asking myself why did you put them in your husbands name if they were bought with your separate funds?  You essentially gave him a gift of half these properties. If you had titled them in your own name and kept them separate they would be your separate property.

You know what? The very best thing to do is take the MSA and FJ to a local family lawyer and discuss this. You are not required to pay for the bus transportation. Is that a valid expense or is it free? Is she trying to dupe you into giving her more money?
