If you own an home you need an attorney engaged and you should be able to afford one. I cannot in good conscience enable you to circumvent that necessity and commit client malpractice.

If we divorce after 30 years of marriage, how much will I get per month?

Answered by attorney David Ari Goldberg
Divorce lawyer at The Goldberg Legal Group
The amount is not wholly dependent on the length of the marriage but also the income and multiple other factors. The length of marriage is more indicative of how long you may receive support. For all the factors related to spousal support, please see family code section 4320.

No. You need to get a restraining order to get him out of the house. You need to prove harassment, threats of violence or actual violence to get an order giving you possession of the family home.
