Hired Law Firm

Earl Kavanaugh behaved unprofessional after I decided to go with another law firm to work on a guardianship petition. The reason I did so was because he chose to make the job more difficult than need be in order to charge me more. Once I informed him I found a lawyer that was able to go a different route in order to make the legal matter quick and easy, not to mention cost effective, did he tell me he could do the same thing. I felt completely taken advantage of.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
