I retained the services of Lindsay Andrew on a very complicated estate litigation matter. Lindsay's expertise is unmatched and she is a wealth of knowledge in all areas of probate. She conducted complicated analyses of the law as applied to the case which was extremely helpful. She also excels at strategic planning and client communication. I truly enjoyed working with Lindsay and would retainer her services again in a heartbeat.
have tried to submit a ...two...lengthy reviews. When I get to the "submit" box, nothing happens!!! Much of my valuable time wasted as have been my time and money spent on Melissa R. Schwartz as my conservator. What is wrong with your "submit" detail?
MARCIE McMinimee is very dishonest! Do not trust her if you value your money and home. She lied in court to the Judge although, she was suspended & never helped me or wanted by me in my case. Marcie was employed by the courts via a crooked attorney I employed. Both her & the attorney wanted to steal money from me knowing my ex-husband earned a very good living. I never met Marcie McMinimee and never wanted her as my conservator. I saw she is fake! She isn’t caring or kind others have complained, too! The court assigned her but then quickly suspended her. I asked her to kindly withdraw because I was lied to by the crooked attorney I had employed. She refused to terminate herself when asked kindly by me. She told the court in front of everyone there was a lot of money in my case so she wasn’t going anywhere. Then the Judge suspended her but she still refused to withdraw putting a freeze on all my accounts. She has hurt myself & others financially! Be aware! Don’t trust her you can’t!
Melissa took advantage of my client, she is a very unprofessional crooked lady. She only cares about the money and by all means will do anything for it even if its illegal. Look somewhere else.
Melissa does not have the client's best interests at heart. Rather than acting in the client's best interests, she only thinks about money and her own selfish interests. She has less integrity than this review has stars.
Robert Steenrod was retained by me to draft and administer the estate of my mother. His prices for services provided were exorbitant and he was consistently late in producing important information to me following the death of my mother. When I wrote letters to him at his office, it would often take him not just weeks to reply to my inquiries but months and sometimes years to get a response. The only things that arrived on a regular basis were his monthly statements for his inflated legal fees!

Martindale-Hubbell® Client Review Ratings™ display reviews submitted by individuals who have either hired or consulted the lawyers or law firms.
The Client Review Rating score is determined through the aggregation of validated responses. People who submit reviews are either individuals who consulted with the lawyer/law firm or who hired the lawyer/law firm and want to share their experience of that lawyer or law firm with other potential clients. Reviewers can be anyone who consults or hires a lawyer including in-house counsel, corporate executives, small business owners, and private individuals.
Martindale-Hubbell validates that a reviewer is a person with a valid email address. As part of the review process, respondents must affirm that they have had an initial consultation, are currently a client or have been a client of the lawyer or law firm identified, although Martindale-Hubbell cannot confirm the lawyer/client relationship as it is often confidential. The content of the responses is entirely from reviewers.
Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome and Martindale-Hubbell accepts no responsibility for the content or accuracy of any review. For more information on Martindale-Hubbell Client Review Ratings, please visit our Client Review Page
Martindale Peer Reviews
Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Ratings™ are the gold standard in attorney ratings, and have been for more than a century. These ratings indicate attorneys who are widely respected by their peers for their ethical standards and legal expertise in a specific area of practice.
The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
