I have great appreciation for Richard Masana. I was pretty scared, but Richard was always there for all questions and made everything really clear. Now I feel a lot better and can relax for now.

To me, Rich reminds me of an old-school lawyer. In this day and age of law firms passing much of the work to paralegals or assistants, Rich is 100% hands-on.
