I called Fife law firm after being accused of a DUI. I was stuck in a small town during a blizzard. After being detained Mr Fife was hired after my free conciliation. I have no complaints he’s a straight shooter, fought to get my license reinstated. After winning that court appearance, Mr Fife had the tough job of out doing the prosecutor with her zero communication. Mr Fife was very professional in court and respectful with the judge. We are so pleased with the disposition and Charlie’s representation in Douglas County Court. My Son was charged with engagement in a speed contest and speeding 40 mph over the speed limit. Together, these charges carried a total of twenty-four (24) points. Both are criminal charges that could’ve carried a real possibility of jail and a certain suspension of his driver’s license. Initially, the prosecutor said she was giving Charlie a great deal when she offered to settle his case with an eight (8) point reckless driving deal. Charlie said no and fought for us, stating confidently we were ready to set it for trial. Then, Charlie shared an initial sketch of his cross examination of the officer. The DA talked to her supervisor, and they agreed to settle for a three (3) point infraction. Without Charlie’s intimate legal knowledge and incredible negotiation skills, we believe this could have went very differently. Do yourself a favor, look no further and hire Charlie. He truly cares!

I recently was charged with my 4th DWAI. I should be in jail or prison because this was a felony.I’m not! Thanks to Charlie whom I was referred by a close friend who also used used Charlie.
