Attorney Michael Drew’s provided services for me in a Worker’s Compensation case in 2014. My wife and I actually met with him for the first time at a Starbucks in Castle Rock, CO to discuss my case. From the very moment we met him, Michael was very professional, efficient and in constant contact with us. He settled my case in a very short time and from beginning to end, he had a settlement check for me in less tha three months. I would highly recommend him to anyone!
Mr. Flanders was hired to be a enternal investigator to have no bias, but failed to investigate. There was 5 people involved, and he only interviewed 2 people. He never contacted the other 3 witnesses, and only took one side as the truth. If you want someone who is ethical, and seeks the truth, and follows the letter of the law stay away from Mr. Flanders. How can you make a decision without speaking to all the people involved, and only take one side as the truth?
Phillip's communication and updates regarding my case were almost nonexistent. The only advise he gave me was to "Follow the Money". Unfortunately, that's all I ended up getting after paying them a lot of money. This review isn't about winning or losing a case as the case is still ongoing with a different firm. It's about the level of service that was provided by this attorney. I'm truly amazed that this level of service is allowed at Campbell Killin Brittan & Ray, LLC. If you are considering this firm and especially this attorney, I would advise looking elsewhere.
