Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer.Tim Powers Law Office provided excellent communication and skills during a difficult situation I had to handle. I highly recommend anyone to use them if you are in need of an attorney to help win your case.
I could not be more happy with Tim Powers & Associates in how they handled my case. I could not afford an attorney and unlike most court appointed attorneys that I have knowledge of, Tim Powers & Associates handled my case as if I had paid them $100k! They were having to deal with the sensitivity involved of having charges in a few other counties than the one they represented me in and actually not only dealt with it but also went above and beyond in handling things with the other two counties that wasn't expected for them to do but because it was in my best interest, they did it. Whether court appointed or hired at $100,000+, having Tim Powers & Associates represent/defend you, will be a blessing to you, too. I promise you that. Thank you, Tim Powers & Associates!
I hired Tim Powers after a DWI with an open bottle container. I went to a consultation after hearing great things from my friends and I was not disappointed. We went over all the events and him plus his team helped guide me step by step on all my questions and concerns. I'm very glad I hired Tim Powers as my attorney I was able to get a reduced probation sentence and i'm currently working on getting this off my record through good behavior and the advice from my lawyer who even after the case was closed with the judge they are still checking on me to make sure i'm following the correct steps to a better future. Thank you so much! 10/10 recommend they treat you like family.
Mr. Powers helped me through a very tough time. He got me the outcome I wanted and explained things throughout the process. I will recommend him to my friends and family. I believe his experience and knowledge set him apart from the rest. I met with several attorneys in Denton County before making my decision on which one to choose. I am so glad that I chose Tim Powers’ office to represent me. It was a tough experience to endure over two years, but it couldn’t have worked out better.
Good lawyer
Timothy E. Powers has no consideration for his clients when they get hurt on the job and does not fight for his clients to get the best treatment and settlement per their injuries.
Tim powers and his firm is a joke!!! They make promises to get you locked in a contract and after that you can't talk to anyone but they will call when they want some money but don't do the work to earn it they treat minorities like they beneath them don't waste your time with this firm had I Che ked the reviews 1st I would have went elsewhere!!!
This law office is very passive. When I had consultation, lawyer Tim Powets sounded like he will try hard and fight till the end. I got DWI, pulled over by cop because front tire crossed stop line at the red light. All i heard back from the lawyer was, the stop was good, they can pull you over for that, not worth to fight it. I paid the fee to hire someone who fight for me, not a messenger. They can’t explain what they tried for me when asked. Very disappointed. Please be careful before choosing this office. It will be totally different from what you expect.
Terrible attorney's. I never knew what was going on with my case and I was never told anything unless I asked. When I complained in an email to someone at the office, Tim himself emailed me and was very smug and condescending. He'll sell you at the time of consultation, but don't expect much after that. He should really be a used car salesman. What a waste of money!
Unprofessional!
