I would never use yhem again the shitted my daughter and the really dont try like they use yo Joshua get Noel to do his dirty work and Noel suck he gives up on a case im very disappointed with this firm. I thought attorney supposed to fight for you no matter what no matter how hard a case get you still supposed to keep striving as they tell the client don't stick to their statements never called to tell me how the case was or anything I had to text them
Working with this firm is a terrible experience. Communication is poor and they are only interested in getting you to his brothers chiropractic firm for endless and seemingly needless CAT scans. They have that machine running all day with clients lined up like cattle. They seemingly extend your case so that the chiropractor Brother can earn more money. They do little to no actual chiropractic work and all I heard while waiting for my 4th CAT scan were complaints.
This law firm ais the very worst they are Ambulance Chasers. They look for & hear of accidents or people getting injured then they have their office manager call & harass you until you sign with them then they send you to Their Chiropractor & not one of your choice for relentless hours & months until they get you into unnecessary multiple surgeries causing you more pain & suffering. They don't care about the customer they just care about how much their getting paid & when they do you're invisible to them. This firm had me in surgeries removing parts & replacing them with artificial implants. When I in writing asked them for medical records containing the Serial numbers on these implants they 100 percent ignored me. Although they in writing say they keep their clients files & records for 5 years they sure don't offer their clients those things and when the client in writing requests the medical file due to failing implants & future care they ignore it.
Not happy with this firms ethics being that an employee for them spoke my personal business regarding my case to their significant other. Not happy at all with that & still curious as to how a paralegal/office manager can give medical advice and force you to go to a dr they choose & not a dr of your choice causing me more pain & future suffering the rest of my life. There are charges on my medical bills for procedures that I have no clue of. Everyone is nice until they get the maximum surgeries out of you for their payday & then you're nothing. I've poured out my heart to this firm several times requesting to be double checked because I came out feeling worse than I did before surgeries & was ignored and not once have they tried to make things better. Firms like this are as some call Ambulance Chasers. All this firm did for me was put me in large debt and put me in an OR several times for procedures that maybe weren't even medically necessary.
