He's only out for himself. Doesn't care about client's well being. He's not an honest person! He say's one thing and does something different!
He did as little work on my case as possible and when it came time for a settlement he accepted the first offer the bwc put on the table and told me i had 10 min to take it or not get anything. When I spoke with my caseworker at BC the lady said it was only the first offer and she wanted to take it back for further review by the board for another offer but mr. plunkett said it was fair and accepted it.
This firm allowed me to be homeless all of 2022. Due to no preparation and communication I untimely lost my case. I have a new attorney who's way better now. Hockman wouldn't return any emails or phone calls for months. I do not recommend using this firm for representation.
I become ill every time I see the commercial of them digging deep to get files. I watched a commercial and hired them too. They did not fight hard enough for me, I had 4 hernia surgeries from being injured at my City job. I think they may have received more money then me not sure but all the same I got railroaded. I developed one of my hernias while at home recuperating. The surgeon said the permanent staples I had had slipped punctured but of course never put it in writing but they never pushed
Was only interested in me handing over $5000 to go to state court. With drew motion to add my disc protrusions for some wrong reason.. All his associates who represented me through the industrial commissions did not do anything to prove case. When I would call never got direct answers to my questions. All this guy cares about is the "big case" if it don't benefit him then he is not interested.
he was only for the quick money .no consideration about what happened to me after he messed up my case
