Hired Attorney Mr. J. Hatcher

I hired Mr. Hatcher to start my divorce. He charged a non refundable $5000 up front and another $5000 to start the case (plus $1000 initial phone conversation). Within 2 weeks they had used almost all the funds and all I had completed was a confidentiality agreement. I immediately realized that Mr. Hatcher's group would have bled me dry by the time this was over. I quickly found another practice that cared about me and not my money. Shameful

Hired Attorney Mr. J. Hatcher

Hiring this attorney is a tactical liability. He and his team focuses on high conflict, high cost maneuvers and exhaust your resources without advancing the case. Opposing counsel is often aware of this pattern and will simply wait for the firm’s billable hour focus to deplete your leverage. In many cases, their approach causes clients to inadvertently sabotage their own legal standing.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
