Working with James Albaugh was a great experience despite the decisions that were that lead us to meeting. He was easy to communicate with via text and phone calls and made sure he I was confident in the outcome of my case throughout the entire process. He offered me a rate that was lower that all of the attorneys I met with and made sure my case did not go to trial. It was dismissed before the case was set for court. Other attorneys let me know that this process could take 6 months to a year and he got it dismissed in two months.

I have been a client of Attorney James Aulbaugh’s since December of 2021. Prior to hiring him, I had numerous meetings with other attorneys, but each one seemed to either “oversell” their abilities or wanted to provide a “cookie cutter” solution to my legal issues.
