Joel E Cohen 1 of if not this best lawyer I have ever talked to or work with over the last 18 months it's been back and forth with my discrimination case Joel fought for Mr what's right, he kept me in the loops with understanding the case the process and what's next. I posted a question online and Joel was one of the first lawyers to respond to me. He immediately reached out to discuss the details of my employment discrimination case. He was diligent in gathering all of the details necessary and getting everything in writing while the details were still fresh. This would come in handy because my case would take 2 years, mostly due to the slow response time of EEOC. Any time I reached out he would promptly follow up. While there were a few bumps in the road, ultimately Joel did what he was hired to do. He did not roll over during negotiations, he fought for what was fair instead of accepting what was offered. I would recommend his services and would use him again. Hopefully, I never have to.

Joel is a gem and i reenjoyed working with him . He’s the pure definition of DETERMINATION ; at first , I had my doubts from the looks of how things might’ve played out but , he gave me strength to keep going . I’ll highly recommend him to others .

My case took 3 years and we still won He was definitely worth the wait From the me randomly picking was a blessing He really fought for my side of the story to be heard the company lied for 3 years I was very happy with the outcome I’ll call him every time. Working with Joel was a great experience. He understood what I had to go through and helped me and my father throughout our case. He was very respectful and kind and explained so much infoto me about that confused me. He didn’t judge or disrespect me at all. I am grateful my father hired him and I am beyond happy that he did.
