Mr. Joel Efrem Cohen

I have worked with Joel on a previous case. He is very determined and relentless!! He responds right away and as busy as he always is, that is amazing! I just rehired Joel again for another case and DIDNT think of any other attorneys. I would recommend Joel to anyone who needs his advice!!

Mr. Cohen is a person of the highest quality and extreme caliber. I didn't even know where to begin in my sexual harassment/retaliation case; I posted online because I wasn't sure that my case would be strong enough. Within 10 minutes of my posting, I received a message from Mr. Cohen saying that he would be willing to consult with me. Mr. Cohen explained my case had strengths and weaknesses, and was very realistic with me about my goals and possible outcomes. He is very fair, and gave me excellent advice in the infancy of our case. As each stage progressed, he made sure I understood what was going on and what needed to happen. I am grateful my case took only a few months, where in our initial consultation he ensured I knew my case could potentially take a year or more. Mr. Cohen performed excellently in making sure I was treated fairly, and that when the other parties were present, I was treated respectfully.

Joel helped me during a long meditation process after dealing with wrongful termination from my previous employer. He advocated for me when it seemed no one wanted to hear my side of the story. He believed me when others didn't; that's what meant the most. Joel also kept me updated with phone calls, texts, and emails. So although he doesn't reside in my state, I had no issues with my case & no issues with him representing me.
