My LTD from work was cancelled after 5 years with no improvement medically, in fact my disabilities had worsened, no matter what I said or my doctors said, my carrier said I was capable of gain full employment and no longer entitled to benefits my company paid for 30yrs. I found Fields Disability Evan Sanford who is more than capable now I am on LTD again=Thank U Fields Team
