I wouldn’t use again. He seemed annoyed by me. His office wasn’t responsive. Mistakes were made on paperwork that affected the outcome of my case. I was given past client information. I regret my decision.

Mr. Banks listened to our initial problem and accepted a retainer;however, he provided no services beyond that. He did not return phone calls. Two days before my son was to appear in juvenile court, he called me from out of town and told me to call the DA. I did so and resolved the matter myself. I find Mr. Bank's behavior to be most unethical, and I would never recommend his services.

We finally have a resolution of primary custody being granted to my fiancée, the children’s father. 2.5 years later and I cannot emphasize enough how much it had absolutely 0% to do with Mrs. Amy Carter’s work. That time period was full with no response or one-word responses to every single email sent. They even forgot to mention they had rearranged a hearing date, for which his ex even drove three states down to attend and his entire family took off work to be there. The lack of communication and professionalism was astounding. I will never forget a moment in which we questioned her about no one being followed up with evidentiary-wise, to which she responded “I feel attacked right now”. In our particular situation, his children were in real danger (surprise, CPS didn’t help), and neither did she. This level of incompetency is shameful and very scary when it comes to the thought of protecting children.Thankfully we found someone to take our case seriously and had it resolved in 90 days
