At a time when I was still deep in mourning the passing of my mom, Susan and Lisa guided me through the probate process. Susan consulted with me over the phone and even drove out to meet with me late in the same afternoon so I could drop off paperwork to get the process started. Both guided me step by step and kept me updated. If I had questions, I would receive an answer promptly. They were professional, but showed compassion.
