Gasparis and Zembillas is a law firm established in 1993 with an office in Crown Point, IN. At this office location, there are 2 lawyers practicing divorce, child support, family law and 15 other areas of law.
I've been with Irene for several years regarding a divorce and subsequent relocation case. I knew we had an uphill battle in the latter and Irene never made promises and was open and honest about the difficulty of the case. Once I made the decision to go ahead with the case Irene did everything she could to make sure we had the best chance possible and was very prepared for court and diligent in her efforts. Despite the uphill battle we did win the case! I truly believe that's due to her!
He handled my case in a very professional manner and maximized my settlement beyond my expectation. I would definitely recommend him.
Working with this lawyer was a process. None of us were experienced with zoom bc of covid but she is a pro now. She communicates through emails, phone calls and also office visits...which were so helpful. We are grandparents adopting our grandchild and she fought hard for us n asked the questions that won are case. She was amazing to watch!
Irene didnt look out for my interests as a new father. Currently going back to court bc I dont get to see my kids bc of wording that was put in the decree. Unjustified wording screwed me, thanks for the experience
Poor client service. Slow or no response to questions regarding status of legal action. No personnel answering phone most of time, left message on voice mail, slow or no call back.
I usually am more apt to writing good reviews but extremely disappointed in my experience. Very rude with no client social skills. Especially for the money it is costing to be represented by someone who is supposed to be an expert in the field of law. I was made to feel like I was an irritant and never responded to my questions . I am paying for someone who has a supposed expertise in the law but I felt I knew more about the area with which I was paying services for. Secretary equally unfriendl.
