What are the consequences for violation of bail bond?

I would just to see an attorney, you are clearly playing with fire and potential incarceration. I suspect that the results of a second charge would be significantly greater.

My 14 year old brother is being accused of sexual abuse of a little boy. What's going to happen to him?

Answered by attorney Robert Jason De Groot (Unclaimed Profile)
Criminal Law lawyer at R. Jason de Groot, P.A.
Your little brother should not talk to the police. If they have enough to arrest him they will. He should only speak with an attorney about this. Do not think that speaking to the police will get anything other than a confession from him, whether he admits it or not. The outcome of the case depends upon the facts and the ability of his attorney. Get a good one, this could ruin your brother's life.
