You will probably have a very hard time getting your county prosecutor to bring a prosecution unless she is your ex-wife and you were awarded the property in at divorce judgment. Sounds like you marriage is at an end, I would suggest you see and attorney before more of your property disappears and things escalate.

Disposition date may mean slightly different things in different legal contexts. However, generally the disposition date on a court document refers to the date in which a particular legal matter was adjudicated.

What will be my husband's punishment for burglary?

Cynthia Russell Henley

A judge or jury needs evidence that he entered a place without permission with intent to commit theft or some relevant criminal conduct that is convincing beyond a reasonable doubt. Generally the offenses are 2nd degree felonies, although they could be 1st degree - especially if enhanced with a prior felony conviction. He needs a good lawyer.
