If the DA drops a domestic violence case against you is the restraining order also dropped?

Answered by attorney Jason William Savela
Criminal Law lawyer at The Savela Law Firm, P.C.
Once the judge signs the dismissal paperwork and it is filed, any order directly flowing from that case is over. But, on some DV cases, there is a civil protection order. That is a different case and remains in effect.

I don't know how to get legal justice here in CO when I was assaulted at a rehab facility in FL in January reported to CEO and the did not file report

You need a lawyer experienced in "Personal Injury" cases.  It is likely that suuch a claim will need to be pursued in Florida under Florida law although there is some chance you could file it as a Federal lawsuit, although that too might need to be filed in a Federal Court in Florida.  Normally these types of cases need to be pursued in the state they occured in.

My parents think I stole from them. What will happen to me?

Answered by attorney Jason William Savela
Criminal Law lawyer at The Savela Law Firm, P.C.
Missing ring does not mean stolen. But sounds like this one was. BF might have pawned it. Records of pawn shop should prove you did not pawn it. Best to say nothing to police without a lawyer.
